Coaching & Creative Services
Alongside my work as Executive Producer of Life Is Just a Bowl of Cherries, currently in post-production, I welcome a select mix of coaching clients and creative projects. I particularly enjoy focused sessions and short-term collaborations with a clear purpose, while always leaving room for an exciting larger brief. Whether you’re preparing for an opportunity, creating content or looking for a producer to help bring an ambitious idea to life, let’s talk. I’m open to projects near and far.

On-camera presentation coaching — develop your delivery for videos, pitches and presentations.

Recording Content & Production
Bring your songs, stories and expertise to life through vocal recording packages, voiceovers, podcasts and filmed content. My Cabin and recording studio offer flexible setups and patient technical support, with preparation, filming and editing agreed around what you need.
Production & Project Leadership
Have an idea you want to get moving? I enjoy bringing people, plans and practical details together, helping projects develop from an early concept through production and post-production. You can engage me as a producer or project lead, with my role shaped around your brief, team and budget. The above film features clips from productions, music videos and films created here.
Workshops & Group Hire
Have a workshop you’d like to run? The Cabin offers a welcoming, adaptable space for facilitators, teachers and creative groups, with equipment and technical support available by arrangement.
My own workshop programme is currently paused while I focus on post-production for Life Is Just a Bowl of Cherries. In the meantime, I’d love to hear how you could use the space. Enquiries are welcome for dates up to September 2027.
Websites & Social Media
Let’s help people discover what you do. I design and manage websites and social media campaigns, bringing together clear wording, creative content and practical technical support to help you share your work and connect with your audience. Example of this here.
Casting & Creative Opportunities
Through my work as Chair of Colchester Film Makers, producer and casting director, I enjoy connecting performers with opportunities to put their skills into practice.
Several of my longstanding coaching clients have taken part in recent productions, and working together in that setting has been a rewarding extension of our coaching. As projects develop, I share suitable casting and collaboration opportunities, helping people gain experience, make connections and contribute to creative work.
Your first visit
The studio and coaching cabin are in a quiet residential area of Colchester. Free on-street parking is available, and you’re welcome to use the driveway if it’s free when you arrive.
Fresh drinking water is always available, or you’re welcome to bring your own drink. There’s also a downstairs toilet.
My small dog stays upstairs during client visits. You may hear an enthusiastic welcome when you arrive, but he usually settles quickly!
Please note that access is not step-free: there’s a step into and out of the house, a step down into the garden and a step up into the cabin.
If you have any access requirements or would like to discuss what would help you feel comfortable, please get in touch before your visit.

"Thank you so much, Leigh! You are a fantastic teacher. I enjoyed the day immensely and feel really inspired with the possibilities for my own voice. I'm planning on doing the level 1 and 2 and teaching certificate once funds allow. Lovely day with a lovely group who sang beautifully :)xx"
Rebecca Batty (Singing Teacher)
"Thanks for an amazing day, Leigh. It was really uplifting and inspiring session and I came away having learnt loads. Loved your teaching style and being part of a group of lovely people. Awesome to see the model in action and to practice it throughout, particularly with the singing and technique sessions at the end".
