Bookings are secured upon receipt of payment. All bookings are subject to the following booking terms.
- All treatments, courses and sessions are paid at the time of booking, either 100% or in monthly installments.
- If you need to reschedule an individual session, please provide at least 48 hours notice.
- Bookings cancelled within 48 hours are non-refundable and only transferable at our discretion, if space allows.
- For in person meetings, you agree not to attend if you have any symptoms of transferable illness, colds, coughs, high temperature or within 24 hours of sickness.
- Right to cancel. If you enrol on a course and decide later that you have changed your mind about completing the course, please contact [email protected] to discuss transferring to a different course or enrolling on a future course. To discontinue ongoing sessions please provide one months notice via email to [email protected]
- These Terms of Use may be revised from time to time by updating this posting. You are bound by any such revisions and should therefore periodically visit this page to review the then current Terms of Use to which you are bound.
