The evidence is all around us
I am certain it is not news to you that what we invest our time tuning into, affects our mental health and wellbeing.
You may already work with sound as a therapeutic tool. We all recognise that music can change our mood in an instant. We can hear a song and instantly recall a memory associated with it. Songs we find special can induce feelings of happiness and joy just as sounds associated with traumatic events can trigger PTSI.
When I work with individuals I will eventually ask you when was the last time you tuned into your self?
Many of us are so busy with the hustle and bustle of life that we have forgotten to tune into any deeper sense of purpose our lives may be for.
Your life experiences clearly contribute to the person you are today. When we feel off balance, sound can work as a healing tool and throughout history this is indeed widely documented.
Receiving a sound therapy session involves taking some time to tune in to your self, clear the mental clutter, the ever-talking monkey brain who fills your thoughts with self-doubt and imposter syndrome, tune up and take your understanding of your journey to a new heightened level.
By reducing and eliminating the noise, the static, the tension, we can eliminate stress, recognise our triggers and increase our sense of well-being, on a daily basis.
Our relationships can flow better at home and at work and we can improve our mental health and wellbeing.
